Raw Foods for Optimum Health
Raw foods promote optimum health, increased energy, mental clarity and better focus. Studies show that eating raw vs. cooked vegetables reduces the risk of many types of cancer, and some raw foods even have a lower glycemic index than their cooked counterparts, thereby reducing the risk of diabetes. Join us as Audrey describes the benefits of incorporating more raw vegan foods into your diet, along with easy ways to work them into your daily routine.
